We feel that that's our place.

We've got a really strong team of kind of geospatial data scientists who live, eat, sleep and breathe all of this.

So the insurers don't have to.

And then the insurers can focus solely on consuming that data and then applying their own underwriting rules on top.

So, yeah, we see some organizations trying to do it, but we would definitely discourage for them from doing that.

You work with an expert, work with somebody, don't stand up a huge, you know, 10 person IT team to do something that you could go and procure externally.

And then obviously from our part of our benefit as well is being able to go out there and commercially agree in the terms of all those different data providers as well.

So that our customers, you know, procurement teams, they're busy enough.

They don't need to be out there going out there trying to negotiate terms on a flood data model when they can just tap in and consume that.

I think from our perspective, if I look at what conversations we've had with customers in the past, a lot of use and focus on external data is around understanding what's a decline.

So going out there and understanding from rules where to say no, I'd like to kind of challenge insurers to flip that on its head and say, hey,

how can we use external data to say yes more often?

So how can we use external data to give us confidence, whether it's understanding more about the property to the point we can say yes, or actually, as I mentioned earlier with my accumulation example, where actually saying, well, rather than it being a straight out decline, we'll say yes to a handful of properties, but then stop.

So I think the power in what we provide is helping insurers to say yes more often with confidence.
