Probably six were about to the Middle East.

So over a year, I did about three or four of those jobs kind of going in and out.

But then we had a deployment to East Timor.

And I went over to do bodyguard work for the president.

Yeah.

So we went over and helped train his team and did bodyguard work for him.

Then there was the Renato job where we flew a squadron in to try and apprehend this rebel that was in East Timor.

So we were there for another six months.

And then at the end of that, my squadron commander, Ben Pronk, was like, hey, I think we've got a slot here.

For the next rotation in Afghanistan for you to be a true commander.

Yeah.

Um, with, uh, one squadron.

And so, uh, we opened the, you know, we're going to be basically a filler rotation at the end of the summer fighting season going into winter.

Yeah.

Um, so yeah, we planned it and, um, raised a new troop and off we went.

Right.

Actually it was E troop, which is a, it's two squadron, I think.

Yeah.

So, yeah, we formed under E-Troop and off we went.
