It wouldn't be a Russell Reynolds podcast if we didn't talk about AI and technology.

And I'm particularly curious, given your focus on the younger demographic,

One of the big fears, of course, we hear from employees and young adults entering the workforce is that AI is going to replace their jobs.

And I know at your company, right, you've expanded the use of AI into online search and inventory and supply chain.

What advice would you give to younger workers entering the workforce?

And tell us a little bit about how you have leveraged technology at the company.

You know, speaking of case studies, watching what's happened in real estate, particularly at the mall level, has been really fascinating.

You've seen this kind of slow death of shopping malls due to the rise of online shopping.

But what you all are doing at PacSun is pretty different.

You invested in a mall space in Dubai and opened up a store there.

You've been reinvesting in the mall here in the U.S.

and opening up new stores online.

What are your customers telling you about in-person shopping that's made you decide to invest in that space?
