Well, that's a pretty extraordinary statement, Brad.
We've heard him say that before, but if he actually did it, international law does not allow that kind of attack on civilian infrastructure on purpose.
If you accidentally hit something and you're doing a bombing run on military targets, that's one thing.
But to say and follow through and bomb civilian infrastructure is potentially, according to international law, a war crime.
And of course, the Iranians immediately responded to this.
You know, eye for an eye.
If you do this to us, we'll do the same sort of thing to you.
And we've already seen the Iranians striking throughout the Gulf.
In Jordan, in Kuwait, in Bahrain.
So if President Trump decides to do that, that is a whole new level of fight.
That kind of head spinning this week, given the fact that they want to destroy the uranium that Iran has, and that is understandable.
But at the same time, U.S.
officials telling us that they will make this deal with Saudi Arabia, where the Saudis can develop, the United States will help them develop a nuclear program, a civilian nuclear program, but will be able to enrich their own uranium.
That is something that would not go over well, certainly, with the Israelis.
And people worry, as they have for decades, about nuclear proliferation.
So this, too, will be a pretty controversial move.
