They've got to get more puck movers.
If you want to play an up-tempo offensive game, you've got to have defensemen that can transition the puck and get it up the ice quick, get retrievals quicker, and that, a lot of it has to do with the goalie-defense interaction.
Where to go, are they playing the puck, are they not, all the rest of that.
There's a lot that kind of goes into the nuance of the transition game.
But some of that comes from how they play defensively, too, and where pucks are left, where they get stops and turnovers and things of that nature, and then how they then flip it around from there.
You bet.
Don't count out Colorado yet, boys.
Okay.
There you go.
We've seen a few 3-0 comebacks.
We 1,000% believed we were the better team and we could beat them.
And we lost two games that were really close.
They could have went either way.
We lost another one that was a two-goal game that was still a really close game.
We felt like we were right there.
We just needed a bounce.
We needed a break to go our way.
And once we won game four in overtime, then we went in and beat them in game five in Boston, came back, won in Philly, and then at least they get a shot at game seven was...
We were playing with house money and then, you know, went down early three zip.
And I'm sure everybody had us written off.
