You know, they really...
it looked like they were having a hard time finding themselves.
And I don't know if that was the, the strife with the coach, what have you, but you know, you can see how he's come in there.
He's kind of taken a little, it seems like it's the firing has kind of taken a little pressure off the team, allowed them probably to free up a little bit.

I'd never met Keith Pelley, so I just got to know him.
I met Neil Glassberg a few times before that and just had a good, frank conversation about the team, about the direction, my thoughts on what they needed, both in the front office and on the ice with respect to the players.

They couldn't afford him.

Is that going to be a fit?
You know, it's one thing to move off a player, but what is coming back?
You still got to fill holes.
And what are you able to get?
And so...
That'll be the interesting part.
They've got to get faster on the back end.
