You know, whereas there's loads of lovely old-fashioned pubs in the suburbs where you've got your sort of bar on one side and a snug on the other and sort of like a billiard table and stuff like that.

The city centre's in decline in this city, quite staggeringly, I think, in the time that I've been here.
Looks like stuff is about to be knocked down all over it.
There are parts of it which are really nice and are being developed.
There are parts of it which everything just looks closed for business.
So the local council's bankrupt.
There's now a reform council.
Really?
It feels to me like the city centre has been abandoned.
It honestly feels... It's insane.
It feels... Because it used to be... It used to be called the Queen of the Midlands, Nottingham.
But now, particularly around Market Square and stuff like that, it does feel like the place has just been abandoned.
So people with money...
have stopped coming into the city centre in the numbers that they used to.
Are there no posh restaurants in the city centre?
