I just finished the first half of the season in the U19 Bundesliga with Preussenmünster.
It was a really nice experience.

I mean, I just wanted to jump in and say that I think in his model, tactics is not really a term that he uses, but tactics is a part of communication, really.
So basically, in that theory, it's that tactics is basically just shared information within the team.
