So my idea would be: I as a customer, I have uh uh my personal support agent that uh and not like in technical support, but makes k takes care of my interests in every dimension.

Maybe if it comes up, I want to have receive an offer for a new device.

I want to have more bandwidth when I travel home on the bus in the evening.

I have this strange network problem in my home, a fiber connection, and I don't want to be finding that out and then.

And for each and every bit and piece of this entire offer landscape that telcos have, be actively running uh after them as my supplier, I want them to have something that makes me happy continuously.

Yeah.

And so this is an interesting um idea because you could as a telcos see that from two perspectives.
