uh uh uh um bonus uh quote unquote so a good thing that i offer them uh from my perspective or what could also happen is like say the uh I understand OTT uh over-the-top uh uh providers are a say one of the problems in the in the telco industry they could offer that um on top of the network and then the telcos would again just see
That happening and uh they every customer has their individual happiness agent running for them, uh constantly calling the uh the the hotline and sending emails to the customer representative bargaining for uh cheaper contracts with more bandwidth, etc.
Right.
And so if the telcos would um own that part of the game, quote unquote, then they would also
be able to define the rules.
So uh again like these these uh the these ranges of negotiation um that would also uh apply to these happiness agents.
Yeah.
Yes.
And that is something a future that I could envision seeing myself live in.
