Like when people are, for example, into their 50s, the focus then becomes on their health and more so personal responsibility.

What can I do to support my own health?

And people, you know, if they want to access regular resistance training, you know, to make the body stronger, build your muscles, the cardiovascular and so on,

Where do you get it?

So this is where the power assisted circuit, and I'm highlighting and saying, this is a mainstream solution that's been used.

For example, there was just in that Irish sports monitor last week, they were talking about the need for, you know, spaces like this and models to be developed.

And they were kind of saying that in the future, preventative health care and healthy ageing will become, you know, issues.

But I say these are issues today and they need to be addressed today.

And really, it's at the stage where like we should really be looking at having a separate preventative health care department.

You know, we have the Department of Health.

We should have a separate standalone preventative health care with a ministerial role, the Minister of Preventative Health, because there's so many stakeholders and providers of, you know, in this sector, let's say in the country, including leisure centres, gyms,

You know, so on.

There's no national strategy.

And it's so important.

It's what's working.

It's what's keeping people active and healthy all throughout Europe and internationally.

So what I did then was I designed a model for Ireland based on what I found in the UK and in Scandinavia and throughout Europe.

And it's called Hello Good Life Ireland.

So I have designed a model with a circuit that's made available or it's a white label.
