So again, I'm not just talking about healthy ageing.

I'm doing something about it.

Yeah.

So what was the solution?

I mean, that's it.

Sometimes I think that people must find it incredible when I speak because, I mean...

You know, you just cannot see the link between what I'm describing and where I am today.

And what has made the difference is the power assisted circuit.

Because what I did then was the first hub opened in Castlebar.

I'm from Ackle Island originally, but I'm based in Castlebar.

I approached friends of mine who owned

a gym there, the Mulroys, and they, you know, installed the first hub and made it available there in Mayo.

And that is how I really got my life back.

You know, my life was impacted to such an extent.

And I, you know, I am independent.

I've always been independent.

I like to be healthy and well.
