I had come into the business with having
the perspective of having been a franchisee and having been on the franchise side of things.
And I wanted to blend those and bring a very balanced
consultative uh process
two franchise ours.
To me and and this is going to sound like I'm diminishing what is now
a giant part of our business, but
manuals in my feelings originally were information exhaust.
If you've done a very good consultation
then you have all the information that's necessary to put together
a very usable um and supportive
manual.
I'm lucky that I just have a talent, has nothing to do with me, but I've been given a talent where I'm organized and I can write.
So it was easy for me to take this information and start to write it out as manual.
And I've just found over the last
thirteen years.
Um, most people don't like to do that, so it has become
the focus of our practice now.
No, you never have to worry about that.
A, I am the world's worst typist and um so my emails go out with all sorts of errors.
