four step process.
And I realize that needs to be in the manual.
Have them write it down.
They can type it, they can write it, they can put it on a napkin if they think of it at lunch.
Anything they're thinking of for the next four months they don't edit it, just title it.
And throw it in the box.
At the end of that time period you all get together with your boxes, you've got your table of contents and now start to sort those scraps of paper
as topics within the table.
And you have half your manual built.
