brands launch and I don't know where they get a table of contents and what they make up.
And I know their attorneys must be thinking these are real because they wouldn't put them in if they were um falsified.
And they they guess.

I'm gonna tell you, most of my clients, while we're working on getting them started and launched
The manual isn't complete.
So the page numbers are generally fewer
than what we post because I don't think anyone's ever gonna sue for getting more than you told them they would.
So um
But you should at least
before you get to writing your F D D
a franchise uh or amending it.
I mean this goes as much for the existing brands
you really should revisit or ha you know what your structure of your business is.
So if you were to just look through the twenty four items on the disclosure document, you can sit down and come out with some basic pieces that have to be in that table of contents.
And then from there you can start to think it through.

There are so many of the new and emerging brands that really have nothing.
