first of all I I'd like to say that when we're when we're working on manuals we have three different ways
we will work with a company depending on
their budget.
their in house talent to write the manual and what they want to accomplish.
And let me go through those real quickly if I can.
We developed uh three years ago pre formatted manual systems.
Um, these have uh
tables of contents, it's all fully editable and when you're done you have a customized manual that is for you, but you do the work.
We have sat down and color coded it.
If you see a heading that's blue, that tells you it's in either your F D D or your franchise agreement.
And you better go refer to those because they have to match each other.
if you see things in yellow it's it's uh um
Perhaps we're using the word customer in the preformatted edition and you refer to them as client.
So you can do a global search and replace and customize the lexicon so that your vocab your cultural vocabulary is incorporated in that manual.
