I'm sorry, the giggle is because I'm a serial volunteer.

In fact, my administrator gave me a coffee cup for Christmas that stopped me before I volunteer again.

I I I do sit on the supplier forum board.

Um, I'm very honored to have been brought onto the board this year.

I'm a four year member of the membership committee.

I've been on the women's franchise committee for three years and now um

I'm really excited to be the chairman for the Leadership Conference Task Force.

Um, I ran the Women's Franchise Network, started it with my co chair Shelley Spandorf from Davis Wright Tremaine and we ran that for three years and then when we got termed out, we're now running the Los Angeles FBN and we just celebrated our one year anniversary with that.

I would also say for people anyone who's out there, um, there are great other committees that are um that need your help.

And then when you're at the convention, um whether you're a franchise or a supplier, there are two sets of round tables.

You can go out and help people share best practices and have open discussions, volunteer for that, be a speaker, share your knowledge.

I'm also an ambassador and a table host at the convention.

So my thing is you

The I F A, if I might for just a second, when I started in seventy nine, franchising was still kind of the wild, wild west.

And it was the ISA that cleaned up the act

and made franchising the powerhouse economic force that it is.

So in in my opinion, all of us owe our careers to the IFA, so I will support them in whatever way I can.
