And I've just found over the last
thirteen years.
Um, most people don't like to do that, so it has become
the focus of our practice now.
No, you never have to worry about that.
A, I am the world's worst typist and um so my emails go out with all sorts of errors.
Plus I have a team.

We have a great team here to do the manual.
I am the the consultative writer.
I am the one who is going to um really interview that franchisor, gather all their documentation, even the things they don't think relate to the manuals.
If it's been written, I wanna see it and read it and pour over it.
Um, I then have a technical writer who is
really terrific and efficient at um
pulling our writing together and making it more dynamic.
We have a woman, in fact, a graduate from Geneseo
Um, Doctor Susan Brunson who uh has her degree
in English and in teaching and reading was her specialty.
So she is our editor.
Um, and so between all of us we do get them out there with as few errors as we think are humanly possible.
