So women, close your ears to the names and the issues and focus on the goals.

If you give us our lead, we will take over the world.

We are biologically different.
And thank goodness, because

But the differences should be melded to make one really strong relationship

Let me ask, and this is rhetorical, but let's ask the men who are listening out there, if the word is, well, I fear this, do you go home to a wife who is organized, who keeps your house running, who is very strict with the kids, can hug them when they need it, and can toe the line and
push the lessons out when that's necessary too.
It's all boardroom activity, but when it's done in that home fashion, I don't think anybody would say, I fear that.
That's what they're looking for in a partner in their family.
Well, why not take that same partnership mentality and say, I need that same partnership.
I need that same merging of talents and opposing attributes
to make my company stronger, men or women.
Yeah, that's more of a personal issue.
