I was shocked and most of that was driven by questions I got on social.
You know, as my little social media platform was exploding, women are, you know, when 10,000 women ask you about frozen shoulder or palpitations or vertigo, you're like, they can't all be lying.
Yeah, and I'm like, let me look into this.
And so then I'm like digging, and I'm like, yeah, there's somebody who did the study.
We've got clear data here.
So I go online, and I make a little video talking about the correlation between menopause and vertigo, or menopause and frozen shoulder, or menopause and palpitations, and the world goes crazy.
I get 10,000 comments.
Why didn't my doctor know?
We're doing a terrible job of teaching, but I was literally learning alongside my followers.
As I learned, I'd make a video and teach.
And that's what inspired me to write the book.
And they were like, please write a book.
I don't want to chase you all over social media.
