And there's also significant enabling works being done to future proof the port.

And on the back of that, we are also hoping to go to plan later this month, go for planning for the development of enabling works to support the ORE industry.

So really exciting work already happened here.

The port has been transformed over the last number of years.

And you might recall going back to Brexit, there was a temporary customs border control put in place

there is now a permanent one put in place and really exciting times for here.

Well, it's an important part of government's rail

strategy the all island strategic rail reviewer and what we're calling internally rail 2050 we're working towards moving more freight off the road and onto rail and as we build out our rail network around the country that will enable that and we add more capacity because at the end of the day as a country we need to meet our climate action targets and moving freight where you can take it directly from the point of port um onto the rail back to to the depots

is a more efficient and sustainable way of doing that.

And it's obviously a leaving pressure on our roads as well.

And as we introduce new fleet, we have a new rail fleet on order.

They are more sustainable and it's more environmentally friendly for the country.

So there certainly is a move right across Europe and Ireland included to move more freight onto the line.

And that's a good example when I talk about the Fines Freight Line reopening, where we're now enabling

freight to move directly from Finesport to up the country.

And obviously, as if and when we reopen the Western Rail Corridor, there'll be opportunities there as well.

So I think it's it's it's what we're doing now is building out the capacity to enable all of this thing to happen over the next five, 10, 15 years, all the way out to 2050.
