you know, as a parent myself and sympathetic to the fear that everybody was having about not knowing what this virus actually was doing or not doing.

If the kids didn't come to work, the owners are making up some of the hours.

Other employees were kicking in and working more hours.

So a lot of employees that were maybe part time were now full time.

And it was just trying to work around the issues.

And it gets to some stores where the

the labor issue got to some stores to where modifying hours was necessary to do.

We allowed that.

We weren't going to make stores stay open till ten o'clock, let's say we say, you know, close at eight if that gives you a break.

Because a lot of it is now they're working so hard.

They just need a break somewhere.

They need to be able to take a breather.

Yeah, and you know, for us the other thing that it's funny because basically our stores went from a dine in layout to they were an express unit.

Now yeah there's no more dine in.

So all you're doing is just take out curbside and delivery.

So basically you've got all the square footage and you're not using it anyway.

So that that part of the staffing help.

You don't have the salad bar anymore, you didn't have the buffet anymore.

So you're just basically operating an express unit, but you have

a heck of a lot more square footage that you're paying on.
