And what brought that up for us was there's so many kids that work in our restaurants and there's so many kids that come into our restaurants because it's pizza.
It's a family place.
Not to say that the adults didn't need as much awareness about anti bullying because there's plenty of adults out there that participate.
And bullying as well, but we focused more on the kids and going to schools.
And I wanted the culture of my restaurants when a new employee would come into our store, doesn't know anybody, and he goes to or she goes to a high school where he may not even know who these other people are.
They don't run in the same crowds and they feel very alienated.
And that always bothered me.
It bothered me if kids I felt were.
just kind of not friendly enough to the new person because everybody remembers their first job, how scary it is, and how you just feel like you're just really not a part of the group.
So that's where it started.
And then it just kept blossoming into, like I said, going to the schools, talking to kids, having programs, and just bringing awareness to everybody that comes into our store or works at our store that bullying is not allowed.

That's how it started.
When we got into the corporate part of it, we continued the program and made it much larger.
We started taking uh we had benches made and it says friends are awesome.
And we go to school still and we present a bench to schools in our local communities.
We do a whole what's the word I'm I got the kids all together.
The words escape escaping me right now.
Assembly, assemblies.
But it's usually like kindergarten to fourth or fifth graders is what we would see.
