And I could not have done it.
I could not have done it without the franchise org because I there were a lot of things I didn't know.
I needed systems to fall in on.
I needed to learn and understand how to run that business.
I needed help on
learning to understand w what a P and L was and what a balance sheet was.
And my franchise Ora is the one who trained me, taught me, showed me how to do it and and took I took every penny we owned and put it into our businesses.
And uh it it created great wealth for our family.
We c we could not have done it.
I could not have done it without their help.
And I tell my franchisees the day I forget what it feels like
or felt like to have been a franchisee is the day I get out of this business because they are
They are the engine that drives our brand.
Well, I always like that saying that says franchising is about thinking nationally but acting locally.
What works about franchising is that the that you're in business for yourself but not by yourself.
And so you're out there, you are determining who you're hiring, you are determining h how you're hiring them, you are deciding as the franchisee uh who you want to invite into your home, so to speak, uh your business your business home.
And the franchise Ora provides the systems and the processes for how to best um
interact with the customer.
And so what's beautiful about that is you don't have a bunch of managers out there that have no skin in the game and that are not intimately involved with everything in their business.
