We're providing those systems.
And so what scares me about the NLRB and what they're trying to do is they're trying to say that the franchise or is determining who's hired, who's fired
uh how how they're paid, how they're done.
That's not how it works.
in if that's how it works, we could have just gone and hired a bunch of managers and be running it out there.
I I truly believe that franchising is a great American dream because it takes somebody who wants to be an entrepreneur and takes somebody who wants to have their own business and gives them a path to follow to be successful in their business.
It doesn't tell them who to hire and fire.
It doesn't tell them um how to do that.
They determine that
based on their needs in their local market.
And so what I don't think the NLRB understands
I I think they think that uh the franchise ore is pulling those strings.
We shouldn't and don't
and can't.
And if we did
Why would we do franchising?
We might as well hire a bunch of managers out there that we can hire and fire.
What works about it is that person in their market who owns it both mentally and physically.
