That is their livelihood, that is how they're growing and they're gonna make those decisions based on those needs.
Culture is everything.
I I have often said that uh decisions are easy when you have a set of values to follow.
And I would rather be in a company that has a set of values that sometimes I I make mistakes and I I I I step outside of value and then I have to wake up the next morning and start all over again.
But I'd rather work in a company that has a set of values that sometimes we don't get perfectly right than a company that has no values so you have nothing to get right.
And those decisions w I I I am at part of the DOR group and the reason I joined that company and joined our company is I love our values.
We call it living rich with respect, integrity, customer focus, and having fun in the process.
And under each one of those is a set of values.
Uh we actually recite those anytime we have three or more uh associates that are meeting or we're meeting with a group of franchisees, we will actually go through our entire set of values.
So I
uh the very first value is we live our code of values by um treating others as we'd like to be treated.
And then the next one is by listening with the intent to understand what is being said and acknowledging that what is said is important to the speaker and on and on.
And my personal favorite one is uh operating in a responsible manner above the line.
Because it's not just legally what we're supposed to do, it's the spirit and intent of doing the right thing.
When you have these values and Dina does this beautifully well.
all these people who value values, who it's important to them to do the right thing and these values resonate with them and mean something to them, they are drawn to the drawer group because they absolutely see the value there and they want to be part of something that's bigger than who they are.
And so then I hear this from my franchisees time and again when I ask them, what made you pick Mr Reuter?
And
almost always in part of that conversation is it's a set of values that I that meant something to me and I wanted to be part of something that was greater.
And so what happens is you draw these really great people who you have these set of rules and these these uh this culture of this is who we are and we
