I loved um Joe DePinto was seven eleven.
He recommended a book a number of years ago called The Servant.
And it's all about leading with love.
And I've always gone gone back to that because when you lead with love you don't necessarily give people you give 'em what they need and you make sure that you are always looking out for not
what they can do for you but what you can do for them.
And uh Doug certainly is one of those people
But we saw it across the board about how everyone rallied for him, rallied alongside him, and uh
And uh I love they had a candle, they had electron you know those candles that look like real candles now?
They put two candles, one in his office and one in his hospital room, because the team said, As long as you're gone, we're gonna keep the candle lit.
is that he he has so much to offer our company
Why would we ever want to lose that?
And I think when you have a set of values, part of that those set of values
