And how do we value our people?
Well, you know, as as the economy continues to improve, I hear people say it's hard to find good people.
And uh that's not uh while it's something we always have to pay attention to, it's not our problem because uh when you have that culture the good people flock to you and want to be part of it.
And I o I I heard someone say once, you know you're an employer of choice.
When someone offers someone on your team more money and they choose to stay with you.
Because it's not it's not about the money.
It's about belonging to something that you get to
participate and contribute to and the
the total is is greater than any one of us individually are.
Well, uh, we're so excited to have Riverside as a private equity partner.
I I very much like them as a company.
They're all about growth and putting good resources in our hands so we can grow and be smarter and stronger.
And even in the uh first couple of months we've worked with them it has been a remarkably great experience and so I'm I could not be happier about it.
And what I loved and and this is this to me, if you if I had someone said, Tell me about the Doire Group, tell me one story that would
that would help me understand the heart and soul of the Doire Group.
I would tell this story.
So as uh as the executive team was negotiating and uh finalizing the deal with Riverside, uh the Dina and the executive team went to to Riverside and said
you know, if we're going to benefit from this, we want our employees to benefit as well.
And we were gonna ask you to pull a million dollars aside
