And I thought that was just remarkable because it would have been so easy just not just to overlook that and say, Well, this is part of doing business but
The way Dina and the executive team and Mike, our CEO, looks at it is our company is our people.
And so um there were I I remember s uh
uh reading a letter from one of our uh one of the people on our team that said, you know, I've been going through a tough time.
I I had to fix something in my house.
I wasn't quite sure how I was going to and this was magic for me and I will never forget that.
And I
That
to me you know, we're gonna spend eight, ten, sometimes twelve hours a day at a
in the c our company working and making something better and growing something and uh w that's time away from your family.
You better make sure your time spent away from your family is remarkable because you're paying for it with time away from your family.
And I I don't regrudge that time because I know I'm part of something bigger.
it's the way it should be.
