And and we also hold one another accountable because if you think about if you're sir if you're if you're a leader or you're in an organization and and you're there to serve others, part of how you serve others is you hold them accountable to what they say they're gonna do, to what they promise.
Uh one of our values is making only agreements we're willing, able and intend to keep.
And we hold each other accountable to that.
And I I
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that my team helps me hold myself accountable to uh being a stronger, better leader and doing the right things for our franchisees.
And we we hold our franchisees accountable and they hold us accountable back.
It goes both ways.
Uh an accounta a great accountability relationship is never a one way relationship.
Well, you know, VETFRAN was founded by Don Dwyer Senior uh back in nineteen ninety one, uh, when we went into the first uh Gulf War and I was still in the Marine Corps at the time.
I I remember those times and and I look back and I'm so appreciative that he thought enough
say we you know, he what he said was we've got to give back to our servicemen and women.
They're out serving our country
they deserve the chance to small business ownership.
And he brought a group of franchise owners together and said, We gotta do something.
We all gotta offer our best discount to allow um to allow those veterans to get to get into small business ownership.
And I can tell you it made all the difference in my life being a franchisee.
I I can't even imagine the trajectory on my life if I had not
if franchising hadn't found me, I'm I'm forever grateful.
It for me it's the great American dream.
