And what I loved was uh in twenty eleven we partnered with the first lady on her hiring our heroes program and realized that not all veterans get to go right into small business ownership.
Uh as you probably well know and most people know the military is not the best payer in the world.

And so we partnered with the first lady to um create Operation Enduring Opportunity, which was the franchising community, 'cause we know one out of every eight jobs in the United States is created through franchising
where we agreed between the franchise or and the franchisee side we would hire veterans and we would look and give them opportunity and we had
the first lady was looking for to find to hire a hundred thousand veterans total in s in all of business.
