We came back and said, We think we can do seventy five thousand.

I remember people saying, Ooh, that's a big commitment.

Are we gonna make to it?

And we you know, what if we've over promised?

And she couldn't believe we'd offered that much.

Well when the w we s and that was by twenty fourteen.

On our last count we're pa we're over um more than a hundred and fifty five thousand veterans hired into franchising at that time.

And I mean we blew those out of the out of the ballpark.

And I'm so proud of franchising.

I'm so proud of the IFA.

I'm so proud of that.

And I think when you ask why the passion at the Dwar group, this because uh people like Don, like Dina, like myself, we have a lot of veterans here and we believe that um part of our gratitude is a big part of of living a a full and happy life.

And we wanna be grateful to those veterans who have served our country and and sacrificed for our country and we wanna give them the power to prosper.

Uh in the Dwar Group

We've brought on

two hundred and fifty we might be like two fifty one now uh veterans in a franchising and we've given more than two million dollars in discounts to veterans.

Uh because we we truly believe that we owe a debt of gratitude to those servicemen and women who have served our country.

And my my dad was a veteran, my my sister's a veteran, my husband's a veteran, my sister in law's a veteran.

Um I served in the military.

I I truly believe that uh we cannot forget
