I said, oh, I can't do that.

I can't

She said, I'm sending you a ticket.

Come meet with me.

So she said, you can name your title.

I just want you to come teaching others what you've been doing.

And they didn't really have a field program at the time.

So my first title was Shop Facilitator because I loved the word facilitate.

And my first year, I did 130 site visits.

And at the end of that year, I wanted to go back and start my business again because I had learned all this great information from all these wonderful franchisees that were running strong businesses.

And so I built their field program and pretty much did every job in that company until I was president of that brand.

And I've always been involved in the International Franchise Association.

I think it's a great way to

learn new things, share best practices, meet people who are in the same business you are.

And I kept running into this group of people from a company called the Dwar Group.

And Mike Bidwell and I, who is our CEO, we sat on panels together.

And everybody I ran into at the Dwar Group, they were special.

There was just a little bit of magic about them.

I really liked they had this set of values they called their code of values.
