And everyone I ran into from the Dwar Group was like that.

I like to call our group

a group of belongers.

None of us are alike.

We're all different in very interesting and experienced ways, but we all agree that we belong as part of a group to the Duar Group because we believe in the code of values that the Duar Group ascribes by.

And Mike said, I'd like you to come run my largest brand, Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

And I said, I don't know anything about plumbing.

I know cookies.

And he said, you know, business is business.

And

franchising is franchising and come over.

It was one of the best professional decisions I've ever made.

I was really worried I'd come over and find out that this group of people that talk about these code of values, that it really wasn't true, that I'd be disappointed.

I'm happy to report I was not disappointed.

We call it living rich with respect, integrity, customer focus, and

favorite one, having fun in the process.

We're not perfect.

Every day there's a value I break, not purposely, but just because I'm human.

One of our values is speaking calmly and respectfully without profanity or sarcasm.

Occasionally I mess that one up.
