And I think that franchisors that don't remember that or that don't pay attention to that, they miss the most crucial part of franchising.
We used to get our pay stubs that would say, thanks to our franchisees, we make all things possible.
And
part of that coming together toward a common mission.
I tell people all the time, I was at a session yesterday and I said that I thought franchising was the purest form of leadership.
I truly believe that's why I'm in this industry.
I love that you can't just practice level one leadership like John Maxwell Hawkson says, I'm the boss, therefore you've got to go do it.
You're leading leaders.
You're a level five leader
You're showing them the way.
You're teaching them how to be better leaders.
You're selling and pushing and pulling and explaining and lighting the way.
And I don't think there's anything more fulfilling than that.
And as Stan said, you know,
I think that it keeps us grounded.
You know, our CEO, Mike Bidwell, his son is a franchisee in one of our brands, and I truly believe that makes him a very grounded CEO.
He's always thinking about how can we make this, you know, how can we help grow our franchisees, provide the support that helps grow them, and make it a good experience that they are happy that they belong to their brand and they belong to the Duar Group.
I remember having a conversation with him once about insurance and what the insurance requirements were.
And he said, you know, I was talking to my son about this.
This is onerous.
