Yeah, I think obviously, you know, ended a little earlier than they would have liked, right?
But I think that series against Saskatoon was, you know, everything you could have asked for in terms of entertainment value, for sure.
But yeah, ended a little earlier than they would have expected.
But, you know, a few injuries hit your team, you know, starting in kind of January, February, and then...
kind of tails into the playoffs as well where maybe you didn't have your full complement of some of your best players and you know unfortunately they uh you know they fell in seven games but um you know some excellent seasons individually from players and um you hope to see you know some of those guys take a step forward this year and you know if you guys get drafted as well so that was obviously uh good to see but you know overall i think a pretty good season for for edmonton
Well, yeah, I think it's something that, you know, the Edmonton Oil Kings have known for the last, you know, three, four seasons is that's the kind of player he was.
And I think injury kind of took, you know, his draft down a little bit the first two years he was eligible for the draft.
And, you know, there was talk that last year he might go, but, you know, what a breakthrough for him this year.
He's a, you know, he was a superstar in the WHL and for the Edmonton Oil Kings and scoring 20 plus goals from the blue line, that's hard to do in not only the WHL, so...
You know, moving forward, I think Toronto's got a really, really good player in Ethan McKenzie and a guy who could play probably up and down their D-core at some point.
And he can score, he can play defense, he plays an in-your-face style.
So I think the Toronto Maple Leafs are super lucky to have him.
And he joins his former teammate Miroslav Alinka in the Toronto system now.
So a couple of loyal Kings connections there in P.O.

Well, and he came into this season and into the organization with some pretty high expectations.
He was a second-round pick in the WHL draft, right?
So this kid's got some potential but also some expectations.
