do they really care about the word cisgender?

Well, this much is evident, no shade, but... This is just a minor question, but it's regarding the syntax in which you spoke in some of these old tweets, and pretty much all your old tweets, and seeing how you talk online now, it's like a totally different world.

Is there like a syntax that everyone is like, this is the way we have to speak?

Does it come down from the top?

Where does the syntax come from?

Is it talked about in these spaces at all?
