How extraordinary, so condescending, but then not exactly surprising at all.

um nigel farage called michelle hussein love when she asked him difficult questions i mean i think you know the context is you know i mean quite apart from the fact that he's insulting all the main media organizations and he's still you know like a tongue to an aching tooth he returns to his sort of bugbear which is the 2020 election i mean that's all you know it's extraordinary that he still goes on about it but then again no one is telling him

in the administration not to do so i think the context is it was raining a lot you can hear the rain on the corrugated roof of wherever they were sitting of some agricultural establishment because you can see tractors and hay bales in the background beautifully staged and then ruined by the actual interview itself and obviously he was fed up you know and i think lots of people would be fed up if you have to pause an interview because of the sound on the roof and

You know, you're just about to get going and the sound man says, no, no, no, we can't hear a word you're saying.

So he was clearly, I mean, just looking at his face, he was clearly very, very fed up and someone was going to get it in the neck.

And the obvious person to get it in the neck would be the presenter, the anchor woman, who's brilliant, by the way, and who then pleads with him, but also remonstrates against him

And, again, it doesn't really, I mean, does it work for Trump?

Probably not.

I mean, his base will love that kind of stuff.

But we're beyond that, right?

We're beyond scoring points on the back of the media, you know, to shore up the base.

I think people want practical solutions to real problems.

You know, how are you going to stop this war?

Can you keep the Israelis in line?

What's going to happen to the price of petrol?

What about the rate of inflation?

And is the World Cup, which starts in a week from now, going to be overshadowed

by an unnecessary war that you started on the 28th of February?"

I mean, these are the real questions to which he has no answer.

And I think overall, it's not just the frustration of the rain pelting on the roof,
