And so when we formulate training plans and strategy plans for competitions, we're looking at

And so once we determine what the goals are and there's a clear delineation of layered goals or tiered goals,

But when we put a plan together, after we ascertained what the goals are, we're examining training data, we're looking at past trends, we're looking at what did he do leading up to this meet and what might he be capable of?
What are the data saying based upon previous performances?
And so we were projecting, he had hit a 315 kilo squat in training,
um, you know, to the tune of what we thought would lead to a 325 kilo top end.
And so when you're dealing with that kind of spread and you're opening at 295 and the potential of 325, I've got 30 kilos that I put in air quotes can cover or need to cover.
And we can split that up any way that we want, right?
We can take 27 and a half kilos and then jump to on the last one.

And look, I should have called it to 15.
