And so I was a little bit curious there with, you know, because typically Ashton's one of these guys who likes to open a little lighter and take these really monstrous jumps, which is, you know, become a hallmark of kind of the team craftsmanship way of doing things.

But anyway, to his credit, squatted the world record on his second and then broke it on his third.

And I do think that that effort, to Eric's point on the third attempt, took something out of him for his deadlift.

Not only is he just trying to get used to this new body and the new leverages after talking with Ashton, after the fact, apparently he felt something pop in his back after his deadlift opener.

And so, you know, he comes out, misses the second one badly, and then being the switch hitter that he is, switches to Superbowl, and God bless, almost gets it.

So, yeah, I think to your point, Eric and Ryan, if this guy were firing on all cylinders, he's totally healthy.

He's close to the 120.

He doesn't have all the externals.

I mean, we're talking, yeah, he's somewhere in the whole Bob Matthews territory where Rondell's got to check himself and make sure that he doesn't miss any attempts.

But...

All credit to Ashton for hanging in there.

I was surprised with the Etienne Alshayer deadlift attempt selection.

That was really curious to me.

To Eric's point, you've stayed in the fight there on squat.

and bench like you should, but you're taking really big swings there on the deadlift.

And so you're circa 400 puller.

You should probably be opening a little bit lighter, but hey, you know, to his credit, he went all in, just wasn't able to connect the dots.
