I mean, you're the record holder to begin with, so

So interesting, uh fun fact, both Betty Abora and Makeda Vidal are coached by Alex Pierce and Jodz.
And so uh Alex uh Peege, you know, literally uh probably shaved a few years off of his life here.
From an ethical perspective, uh, he did not coach Makeda because we felt like it was in his best interest to kind of be a cheerleader and sit on the sideline.
Um, and so we handed off the duties to Will Brown for that session, who did a masterful job.
Look, Makeda hit PBs across the board.
The only lift that she missed was her third bench, and that was only to the tune of two and a half kilos.
And it's just a situation here where you're going up against, you know, Betty Abora.
previously until you know Alba took the deadlift record, was the deadlift world record holder.
And so when you have somebody like that
They're just gonna bide their time.
They're just gonna pace, pace, pace, just stack kilos and wait and see what you do and then and then load up for the final one.
And that's what she was able to do, right?
She was able to just sit, wait.
Her turn and load up, you know, the final deadlift and and and beat uh Makeda on body weight.
And so, but but both of those ladies just absolutely phenomenal days executing at a really high level.
