Uh Bettina Hanlon had a really good day on the GB side, uh, hit a PB squat, uh, made two benches, and then of course.

we loaded up our Page loaded her up for that last poll.

It was the only number to take, really, quite frankly, because it would have put her on onto the podium.

So well played by Page, but it was just a stitch too heavy for Bettina, but still a PB total.

And yeah, the last thing I'll just add, it it's really cool to see.

Cranin's ascension, right?

Because if we look back three years ago, she came on board in Lithuania.

When I was coach of the US team, and I believe uh she totaled about what was it, five eighty-five.

And then she comes back to worlds in Germany, totals five ninety-five, and she moves up podium placing to second.

And now, of course, this year she moves up into the gold medal position with a monstrous six hundred and twenty-five and a half kilo total win.

So when we talk about athlete growth and development.

It's just really cool to see her growth and development and thereby her ascension, climbing the podium to uh to to world championship form.

And so nice to see her go nine for nine.

Nice to see her healthy or healthy-ish or healthy enough, uh, you know, clearly back to to uh nationals form.

And we'll be exciting to see what she could do at Sheffield and of course moving forward.

Yeah, so we found out the night before at the technical meeting, the night before the championship started.

that uh Amanda Lawrence wasn't gonna come and she'd put that on social media and I think that came as a shock to us all.

I had no idea that she was injured.

Uh but Amanda, you know, it was announced at the technical meeting and um
