I just want to say a word about Amanda.

I I messaged her after the technical meeting and I said, Look, we just got word that you are coming to the championships.

Uh, you know, you will be missed.

And I certainly hope that you recover and heal quickly and return to form.

And Amanda said, look.

It's not like me to skip meets.

She's like, I tried my best and this was I I just couldn't get it sorted and couldn't get it fixed.

Um, you know, in time for for the meat.

So she had to

drop out at the absolute last second.

But knowing Amanda and the dog that she is and the fighter that she is and uh giving her resume and I think what's on the horizon in terms of challenging, you know, these these lifters challenging

Her, I think she'll want to come back and plant her flag once again.

But anyway, really classy of her.

She also sent me a message and said, I'm cheering for Ziana.

And that was really cool.

And so this, you know, this turned into a situation where presumably, you know, in our preview podcast, Ryan, we were talking about, you know, Carlina Tongatea ascending into the uh 84 kilo class, you know, former IPF world champion, um, doing the same.

At World Games, just these string of extraordinary performances at 76 kilos.

What can she do at 84?

You know, kind of allowing her body weight to uh to to come up and and not having to restrict herself.

And I think one of the things that we talked about on the preview podcast that Rory was so astutely mentioned was: what are we going to see out of Carlina in the squats?
