And I'd had this second sort of totally sleepless night and I was sweating and I was trembling and I just didn't know what to do.

And so I, yeah, I nearly took my own life.

And Andrew didn't stop that happening.

I stopped it happening.

I'd sort of somehow... And what stopped you?

I've thought about this a lot I've written about this a lot but I think I think it was just uncertainty stopped me because I just something new that I hadn't always felt like this so I wouldn't always feel like this

So it was a mixture, and thank God I was a coward, but a mixture of cowardice, of not wanting to do it, and also of being able to see a future where I could make my parents happy, where I could make Andrea happy, and it'd be okay.

As well as Andrea, as well as my parents, my sister was in Australia at this point.

Yeah, I'm just remembering this for the first time.

So I'm sort of like getting emotional with it as I say it.

But my sister had been in Sydney before.

for over a year so I hadn't seen my sister for ages and my sister when we were little I said but we used to get on we used to sort of like do a sort of our own kind of morse code between our bedroom walls and so I remembered that and I imagined my sister sort of knocking through and to get to me

So I think, you know, that sort of like sentimental moment.

It should have been more of a medical road than it was because we went back.

It was incredibly hard because I was...

instantly agoraphobic when I was in this state so the moment I was outside I was like panicking getting on an aeroplane was incredibly difficult but we somehow got back home to Nottinghamshire to my parents house and we lived there for about a month and

And I could hardly leave the house.

But I did leave the house to go to the doctor.

And the doctor wasn't particularly knowing what to do or particularly useful.
