This is a team that needs to figure out how to stop the pass on defense and how to stop the run.

Stopping the run is usually about a numbers game, having enough people in the box.

Stopping the pass in the NFL is a little bit more difficult.

I think they did a really good job.

I think for the first time in a long time, the scheme fit with the defensive coordinator is going to fit the skill set of the guys that they're paying all the money to and that they've drafted.

Yeah, it's very exciting.

And, you know, you mentioned like you just riffing off about the center quarterback thing.

I mean, I remember go talk to Brett Favre, what Frank Winters meant to him.

I know what Rob Toback meant to me.

You know, you go down the line.

I mean, I got to Tennessee and the guy that was there before that was Kevin Mawai with Vince Young.

This is this.

This is a formula.

AQ Shipley was there with Andrew Luck.

It's a thing, and it matters.

And I just think a lot of it right now is investing in this first overall pick, in Fernando Mendoza.
