should benefit greatly is the life sciences market, which I break into two buckets.

There's a research and development.

Ultimately, more data, more information managed in a consented construct should enable faster development of new therapies, new products.

The biotech industry has been suffering in many ways because of the length of time it takes to develop new products.

Ultimately, the US should continue to be a leader with respect to being the innovation hub for R&D around life sciences.

So speeding things up will drive efficiency of dollars in spend and ultimately will bring better therapies and solutions to the market.

So that's one area of research that is poised for significant improvement and enhancement.

The other area

is really in and around existing on-market drugs and therapies.

We continue to see a gap between the therapies and the products that are available on the market compared to the underlying patients that need and deserve to benefit from those modern technologies.

That gap is actually wider than it's ever been.

it's important for us to enable and invest in businesses that can speed up, for example, the timeline between prescription and first dose within the pharmaceutical industry.

It sounds really complicated.

And the reason it's complicated is because there are a lot of stakeholders.

But ultimately, what we have to address and be aware of is that a lot of the legacy, incumbent, antiquated players are

have made money off of the inefficiencies and they benefited from the complexity of the system level.

As we look forward, the simplifying framework that brings all these stakeholders together is putting the patient at the center of the system, building the data and information,

systems around that patient instead of building an IT system that puts the claim or the transaction at the center.

So fundamentally, that's the simplifying framework that we've used to support our investment prioritization as well as the business building and the transformation.

I've always had the same belief here with it, which is that it's the role of government to write the rules.
