Normally you can't just go into a foreign country and arrest somebody just because you have an arrest warrant in America.
Talk about the international law aspect of that, because I mean, there are criminals America has arrest warrants with all around the world.
We don't just go into those countries and take the person.
So explain to me the international law component of this.
