What's hard to work out is how that control is now with the team.
So I didn't... I mean, I met Mintzlaff a couple of times, but I don't know him particularly well.
There's Armet Murcan as well within Red Bull and Laurent.

How's that chain of command working on a day-to-day basis?
It's very different.
We knew the team with Adrian Newey, Christian Horner, Helmut Marko, and we've only known those three at the helm of the team pulling the strings.
Suddenly there's a total change and you don't see that immediately.
And I'm fascinated to see, you know, some people apprehensively who've been at the team or formerly at the team worry that it's going to crumble.
I know Horner, for one, was sort of nervous about how the future of Red Bull would be going forward.
At the moment,
they seem in an okay place, whether they'll stay there in the short to mid to long term, be fascinating to see, won't it?
Yeah, the us against them, that everyone's out to get us sort of element is what I found from the start, their kind of driving factor.
It's very much the Horner element.
And what they got a bit almost confused by, I felt, was by the end in Abu Dhabi on the latter parts, other teams were sort of willing them on and they hadn't really experienced that before.
And I think team members are a bit sort of confused or taken aback by it.
But I think maybe they sometimes misread it, how they're seen by absolutely everybody.
But suddenly, you know, they'd actually made this championship fight
interesting rather than just between two mclaren drivers they actually brought something to the mix and there was a lot of goodwill i felt i don't know how you guys felt towards them on the grid people like the underdog don't yes but also i don't and then max verstappen got got you know he's been maligned sometimes in in the uk obviously he's the you know the nemesis enemy enemy of the british drivers and that seemed to soften as well um which i found interesting but i sometimes don't think they're as unloved as perhaps they perceive but but i don't know
