So I'm going to repeat that 2,000 people thing that we talked about already.
Some of the parts, it's all of those people working together in conjunction to get that team to where they need to be for a Grand Prix weekend.
But the most important thing
figure in doing that is Max Verstappen they've got the very best driver on the grid and he is however I don't quite see I think again Zach Brown talking about how it was team Verstappen and how there was a fear people were fearful of Verstappen my experience was not that case while this guy was the central focus of the team and the one holding their ambitions in his hands I found
There wasn't a fear around him.
He was just very much one of the guys around the rest of the team with the mechanics.
Hugely well liked.
Obviously, you're not there behind closed doors for certain meetings, but I didn't get the sense that it is that team Verstappen, but he is essential.
I think Matt Schitt's used the expression, it would be the nuclear option if Verstappen was to ever leave the team.
So they would desperately like to keep him and every team would want to have Max Verstappen, wouldn't they?
Yeah, the engineers talk about the Dutch directness and they love it.
As an engineer, like literally the Dutch, there's a sort of stereotype, perhaps they can be a directness and they love that.
The directness for Verstappen, it leaves, you know, no mystery to it.
He tells them exactly what he needs, what he wants.
And his feedback is astonishing, sometimes very concise, but it's incredible how good that feedback is.
And the other part about him being able to extricate everything from the car.
the drive that gives to Matt Caller, who is his number one mechanic and the mechanics around them, they pushed to a further degree because of what he was doing on track and they lifted their standards.
And I feel that what he does kind of lifts the standards throughout the team at kind of every level, really.
I mean, it's an interesting point.
I'd always be fascinated to see what other drivers could do in that Red Bull.
