So for him to get a shot over a Brian Flores, for him to get a shot over some of these other guys, like an Anthony Weaver, who's now once again going to be a defensive coordinator, I don't understand that at all.

And it's crazy, there's 32 owners, and it's up to them to make these decisions.

And I think you can look at the lack of diversity in the NFL ownership group and understand why there's a lack of diversity in NFL hiring practices.

It's pretty easy to connect those dots.
